Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ZenObras ("the Service"), a product developed and owned by ZNOWSOFT, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZenObras is a construction finance operating system providing receipt scanning, payroll tracking, and general ledger management. We utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to process documents and generate insights.

3. Data & AI Processing

By uploading receipts, schedules, or documents, you grant ZNOWSOFT, LLC permission to process this data via our infrastructure and third-party AI partners strictly for the purpose of providing the service to you. Your financial data is not sold or used to train public AI models.

ZenObras also reports a fixed set of operational events to ZNOWSOFT's licensing service, tied to your account, so we can operate and improve the service. These carry counts and flags only and never your financial data — no amounts, vendors, worker names, payroll figures, or document contents. Our Privacy Policy lists which events are sent and what each contains, and forms part of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription tier. Lifetime licenses grant access to the software for the lifespan of the ZenObras product as operated by ZNOWSOFT, LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your first paid software-plan purchase for ZenObras is refundable when requested within 14 days of purchase. Subscription renewal refunds are reviewed case by case. Unused AI-credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase; requests involving spent credits require a billing error or failed service and are reviewed individually.

Email support@znowsoft.com from your purchase email address with the product and receipt reference. Do not send card details, passwords or private financial documents. Human review confirms eligibility; an AI answer or submitted request is not a processed refund.

Support is asynchronous, without guaranteed live availability or a fixed response deadline unless separately agreed. Effective September 5, 2026; existing more favorable purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZNOWSOFT, LLC provides financial tracking tools and AI extractions. However, you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial data, payroll calculations, and AI-scanned receipts before using them for accounting or tax purposes. ZNOWSOFT, LLC is not liable for financial discrepancies, business losses, or regulatory penalties.
